In his online post he apologized to his opponent and his team, clearly citing health reasons for his withdrawal. He stated, “Unfortunately due to injury, I’ve had to pull out of my upcoming fight in Sao Paulo. I apologize to Lucas and his team. I know my health comes first and I hope to be back next year.
