Oh boy, here we go.
So, there’s this big fight coming up. Virna Jandiroba and Amanda Lemos are gonna throw down. It’s all set for the UFC’s July 20 card.
Jandiroba spilled the beans on social media. She was all, “Yep, it’s happening,” after MMA Melotto let the cat out of the bag.
This shindig? It’s happening at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. And guess what? There’s more. Tracy Cortez and Miranda Maverick are also gonna face off. Not to mention, Brad Tavares and Jung Yong Park are in the mix too. But, uh, no one’s talking headliners yet.
Jandiroba’s not just any fighter. She’s a former Invicta FC champ. And she’s been on a roll, winning her last three fights in the Octagon. Just in March, she showed Lupita Godinez who’s boss. Before that? She outclassed both Marina Rodriguez and Angela Hill.
Lemos, on the other hand, bounced back big time. After a tough loss to Weili Zhang for the 115-pound title last August, she clinched a win against Mackenzie Dern at UFC 298. With an 8-3 record in the UFC, she’s taken down some big names. Yep, including Rodriguez, Michelle Waterson-Gomez, and, yep, Hill too.
So, there you have it. A fight night that’s shaping up to be something else. Can’t wait to see how this all goes down.
