UFC 21 is officially in the books. ‘Return of the Champions’-led card took place at the Five Seasons Events Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 24 years ago. Traditionally, UFC has handed out bonuses for Fight of the Night, Submission of the Night, and Knockout of the Night. The bonuses ranged from $20,000 up to $120,000.
