Lukasz Brzeski to Fight Valter Walker at UFC Event on April 6

Hey, guess what? A heavyweight clash is on the cards. Yep, it’s been added to the UFC Fight Night lineup, which is all set to go down on April 6.

So, who’s fighting, you ask? Well, it’s the undefeated Valter Walker, making his first appearance in the UFC. And he’s up against Poland’s own Lukasz Brzeski. Both fighters have confirmed the bout on their social media.

The venue? None other than the UFC Apex. And the headline? A middleweight face-off between Brendan Allen and Marvin Vettori.

Walker’s no pushover. He’s on an 11-fight winning streak, stepping into the Octagon fresh from a Round 4 technical knockout victory against Alex Nicholson. This win at Titan FC 82 earned him the heavyweight championship.

Walker was supposed to make his Octagon debut against Jake Collier in a UFC Fight Night card back in September 2023. But, for reasons best known to him, he had to back out.

On the other hand, Brzeski is on a bit of a rough patch. He’s currently on a four-fight winless streak and is desperate for his first UFC victory. His last outing? A Round 1 knockout loss to Waldo Cortes-Acosta at UFC Fight Night 225 in August 2023. Tough luck, huh?
