Paddy Pimblett and Renato Carneiro are stirring the pot, folks. They’ve been throwing jabs back and forth on social media. It’s getting spicy.

“Moicano” just dominated Drew Dober in a three-round grappling clinic. Snagged a unanimous decision win at UFC Fight Night 235 last Saturday. Now, he’s playing matchmaker, suggesting a face-off between Dober and Pimblett.
He took to X, you know, the artist formerly known as Twitter, and laid it out. “I want to see Drew Dober fighting Paddy Pimblett next… let’s see how tough this kid is,” Carneiro posted.
Pimblett wasn’t about to let that slide. He clapped back with a zinger. Why tangle with Dober when he could “smoke” Moicano with less hassle? Oh, the banter.
“Moicano” didn’t miss a beat. He’s game for a showdown against “The Baddy” at UFC 300 in April. “Paddy is calling me out,” he tweeted. “I fight you any day of the week. There’s your UFC 300 main event, ladies and gentlemen… Moicano vs. Paddy.”
And he threw in a curveball. While he’s eyeing a bout with Beneil Dariush, he’s open to giving Pimblett “the smoke” if that’s what he’s after.
Moicano’s on a roll, with two wins back-to-back and victories in four of his last five fights. Pimblett? He’s on a seven-fight tear, including five wins in the UFC. This matchup? It’s got fireworks written all over it.
